LIGHT

Projects that present light as a crafted object and spatial instrument, positioned between product design and architectural intervention, including bespoke chandeliers and site-specific lighting pieces.

Rather than treating lighting as a secondary layer, these projects approach illumination as a primary design medium. Through controlled experimentation, material sensitivity and spatial calibration, each piece negotiates atmosphere in a luminous ritual.

01  Prismaria

“A luminous suspension shaped by light itself.”

Our first and biggest bespoke project in Europe, designed to inhabit a space defined by openness and an abundance of natural daylight. Rather than acting as a fixed object, the chandelier is conceived as a drifting constellation, allowing light to pass through, scatter and linger in the air.

Each glass element is individually handmade and developed exclusively for this project, responding to the client’s workspace and its unique relationship with daylight. Finished in dichroic glass, the installation responds continuously to sunlight entering through the large window, refracting subtle iridescent hues that shift throughout the day. As light moves, colour emerges and dissolves; soft violets, silvers, and pale blues appearing momentarily before fading again.

In this way, Prismaria becomes less about illumination and more about atmosphere: a quiet and honest dialogue between glass, light and time itself.

02  Rangkai Temu

Part of our 2023 bespoke lighting collection, Rangkai Temu is a carefully designed sculptural centerpiece for a dining room of a private residence in Jakarta.

The design reflects the delicate meeting of two feather-like branches, curving gently toward one another. The name, Rangkai Temu (meaning “branch” and “meet”) reflects its essence: a balance of lightness and fluidity.

03  Blooming Magnolia

An intricate installation that captures the fleeting beauty of magnolia blossoms surrendering to the wind. Designed as a bespoke centerpiece for a piano room, the asymmetry of fallen petals dances in harmony with the music to come, bridging the realms of sight and sound.

As the petals sway gently in their suspended dance, they echo the grace of magnolias in the wind, endlessly complementing the piano melodies to come.

04  Orchidée Ailée

Orchidée Ailée (literally “winged orchid”) is conceived as a suspended garden in flight, where delicate forms drift gently above the dining table. Inspired by orchids in bloom and hummingbirds in mid-air, the installation invites an intimate moment where dining unfolds beneath a haven.

Handmade glass orchids and hummingbirds are individually suspended to create the impression of petals and wings caught in a soft, upward current. Finished in white ceramic and gold tone, the composition shimmers lightly against the timber ceiling, eternally hovering between nature and dream.

05  Nectare

Nectare draws its name from nectar; the quiet essence that attracts and nourishes. Conceived for the NOVERE store at Plaza Indonesia, the installation is designed as a gentle field of light that welcomes visitors inward, softening the threshold between the city and a more intimate, contemplative retail experience.

Suspended glass forms in warm amber, frosted and clear tones evoke droplets of nectar drawn together in slow suspension. Rather than acting as a singular focal point, the composition guides movement and attention through visual rhythm.

In this way, Nectare becomes an atmospheric gesture. One that reflects NOVERE’s sensibility of quiet luxury, where light is not decorative, but inviting and emotionally resonant.

06  Cerulean Swell

One of our biggest bespoke lighting installation conceived for a private residential foyer. The idea developed in response to the client’s deep admiration for the tranquillity and beauty of the ocean. The work interprets this affinity through a sculptural composition that evokes the dynamic motion of a cresting wave.

Composed of individually crafted glass elements in cerulean, turquoise, and translucent gradients, the installation translates oceanic colour and fluidity into a spatial experience. Calibrated to the architectural volume and sightlines of the home, Cerulean Swell is a grandiose centrepiece that celebrates the client’s personal and curated artistry upon arrival.
